Reckon this'll hook up to any other cam and groove stuff out there? Got a bunch of different brands on the farm.

Meeting A-A-59326 standards means this coupler should work fine with other brands made to the same spec. Just keep in mind the 1/2" and 8" sizes aren't always a perfect match across brands.

got a 6 inch camlock setup already, is this gonna swap in with the other brands or am i askin for a headache

For interchange, it follows the A-A-59326 standard and also interchanges with couplers made to DIN 2828, so it is meant to match up across manufacturers that build to those standards.
