Crafted from high-quality aluminum A356 or A104 this cam & groove coupler is designed for efficient liquid transfer. The female half with a 1 inch female NPT connection ensures a secure and reliable fit.
Equipped with brass cam levers and plated steel pins rings and safety clips the coupler offers durability and stability. The Buna-N seals provide excellent resistance to oils and chemicals ensuring a long-lasting leak-proof connection.
The Aluminum Cam & Groove Coupler Female Half 1 Inch Female NPT incorporates a safety pin feature preventing accidental disconnection by requiring the removal of safety pins before uncoupling. Specifically the coupler meets the interchangeability standards of A-A-59326 and DIN 2828 ensuring compatibility with other products within the same standards.
Pressure ratings vary by size with this coupler rated at 150 PSI for 1/2 - 4 sizes. This coupler is ideal for various industrial liquid transfer applications though it should never be used with compressed air or steam services.

Question by: Norm S on Nov 8, 2025, 1:49 PM
Safety pins on female cam locks, how exactly do them work to keep things from coming apart on accident?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:24 AM
Once the adapter is seated and the cam levers are pressed down, you run the safety pins through cast-in lugs on the coupler body. Those lugs line up with slots in the cam lever arms, and with the pins in place, the levers physically cannot lift. Nothing comes loose until someone pulls those pins out on purpose. It's a real straightforward mechanical lock, not just a friction fit.

got a 1 inch female npt port on my line, will this camlock screw right on there?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 4, 2025, 12:40 PM
With a 1 inch female NPT connection on the back end, it threads onto a matching 1 inch male NPT fitting.
