Designed for liquid handling applications the female coupler features aluminum A356 or A104 body material with brass cam levers plated steel pins rings and safety clips and Buna-N seals. Supplier Part Number: ALD-150.

Constructed by Sunrise Hose this product interchanges with all items adhering to standard A-A-59326 or DIN 2828 specifications barring 1/2 and 8 sizes. It includes an innovative safety pin feature with cast-in lugs for secure coupling.

The pressure ratings include 150 PSI for 1/2 - 4 sizes and 75 PSI for 5 to 8 sizes. Assembly and disassembly are user-friendly: slide the adapter into the coupler and press the cam levers down to couple and lift the cam arms to decouple.

This versatile 1-1/2 inch female NPT coupling piece ensures secure connections and operational efficiency. It is essential to note that under no circumstances should this product be utilized with compressed air or steam services.

Hey, I'm trying to swap out a coupler on my rig. Just making sure this 1-1/2 inch female NPT will fit right up.

This aluminum cam and groove coupler is designed to interchange with any product made to A-A-59326 or DIN 2828 standards, with the exception of 1/2" and 8" sizes. So, if your existing coupler meets those specs, it should be a direct replacement.

i’ve got a 1-1/2" female NPT line, is this the right cam lock half for it or am i mixin things up

For a 1-1/2 inch female NPT threaded connection, this coupler is the female cam and groove half with a 1-1/2 inch female NPT end, so the thread side matches that size.

does this thing work with compressed air lines? got a setup where we swap between air and liquid depending on the job

Cam and groove couplings like this one are strictly for liquid service. Using them on compressed air lines is not safe and goes against the product's rated application. If your setup switches between air and liquid, you'd need a different coupling type for the air side of that work.
