Crafted from durable aluminum A356 or A104, this cam & groove adapter is designed specifically for liquid applications. Featuring brass cam levers, plated steel pins, rings, safety clips, and Buna-N seals, it ensures reliable performance and secure connections. The ALDP-200 aluminum cam & groove adapter interchanges with all products meeting standard A-A-59326 or DIN 2828, offering compatibility and flexibility in diverse settings.

Operation is straightforward: slide the adapter into the coupler and press the cam levers down with normal hand pressure to couple. To uncouple, lift the cam arms and remove the adapter. Note the safety pin feature: female couplers with cast-in lugs allow safety pins to be attached, preventing accidental uncoupling.

what's the pressure rating on this 2 inch dust plug, and is it good for liquid lines?

For a 2 inch size, the rating is 150 PSI. Cam and groove fittings in the half-inch through 4 inch range all share that same 150 PSI ceiling. Liquid service is exactly what these are built around, though if you have a specific fluid in mind it's worth a quick call to confirm compatibility. One hard limit worth knowing up front: compressed air and steam are off the table entirely for cam and groove couplings, no exceptions.

got a 2 inch camlock setup already. will this dust plug swap in with the standard stuff?

For interchange, it matches the common cam and groove standards A-A-59326 and DIN 2828, so it is meant to interchange with other couplers and adapters built to those standards. The note to keep in mind is that 1/2 inch and 8 inch sizes generally do not interchange across manufacturers, but that does not apply to the 2 inch size.
