got a -10 AQP or StartLite hose, will this elbow fitting screw right on and still let me clock it where i need it?

Got a -10 AQP hose I'm trying to route back on itself in a tight spot. This fitting turn a full 180 degrees, or is that just the elbow angle on the end connection?
