trying to replace an old aeroquip elbow, is C1ZW81 the same as FBE1522 or are those different parts?

So, this fitting's got that swivel end, right? Does that make it easier to tighten things down without twisting the hose all up?

got a tight routing spot on a skid steer and need to change direction on a -06 hose line without kinking it up. would this fitting work for that kind of situation?
