got a tight spot on a manifold block where i need to change direction on a -03 JIC line without losing both ends to the panel. this bulkhead style work for that?

Bulkhead fittings are built for exactly that kind of situation. The fitting mounts through a panel or bracket and locks in place, so one side stays accessible from each face. With male JIC 37-degree flare on both ends and the 90-degree elbow geometry, you can make a clean directional change right at the bulkhead without needing extra fittings or a lot of clearance to swing a wrench. Both connections are -03 size, so your existing -03 JIC lines mate straight up on either side.
