trying to hook a -08 JIC hose up to a 1/2 inch pipe port, is this the elbow that does that?

For a JIC to pipe-thread changeover with a tight 90 degree turn, this adapter is made to go from a -08 male JIC 37 degree flare on one end to a 1/2 inch male NPT on the other.

Got a pump port that's 1/2 inch NPT and I need to run a -08 JIC line off it at a 90. this the right fitting for that?
