trying to swap out an old -12 hose, is this one actually 3/4 inch ID and what’s the outside diameter?

The dash size is -12 with a 0.75 inch inside diameter, and the hose outside diameter is listed at 1.16 inches.

hose is rated up to 3000 PSI but what kinda fluids can it actually handle? got a mix of hydraulic fluid and some fuel lines running nearby and wanna make sure one hose covers it
