Featuring a premium abrasion-resistant blue polyester cover, it ensures durability in demanding environments.
With a conductive core and an AQP elastomer tube, this hose maintains efficient fluid conductivity and integrity. Its construction includes a polyester inner braid, single wire braid reinforcement, and a blue polyester braid cover, ensuring robust performance and long-lasting reliability.
The hose operates within a temperature range of -55deg;F to +300deg;F and has a maximum operating pressure of 2000 PSI. Its impulse cycle life of 150,000 cycles guarantees extended service life, while the minimum bend radius of 4.62 inches provides exceptional flexibility.
Ideal for diverse industrial fluid applications, this hose meets rigorous standards for handling fire-resistant hydraulic fluids and other industrial liquids. The lay line style is Ink Wheel, and it features a vacuum service capability of 28.
got a tight spot to snake this hose through. what’s the smallest bend it’ll handle without kinking up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 1, 2026, 11:06 AM
For routing, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 4.62 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that radius helps it flex as intended.

What kind of fluids can this hose handle without breaking down?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 6:30 AM
This hose is designed to handle petroleum-based fluids, air, gasoline, fuel, lubricating oil, and other industrial fluids. It's a good all-around option for hydraulics.

rated for 2000 psi but what's the temp range on this thing, running petroleum fluid through it in a pretty hot environment
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 12:00 PM
Petroleum-based fluid applications can run up to 300 degrees F with this hose. The lower end holds down to negative 55 degrees F, so cold starts aren't a concern either. The one exception worth noting is air service, which is capped at 250 degrees F rather than 300. As long as your operating temps fall inside that window for your specific fluid type, you're in good shape.

got a tight spot to route it. how tight can i bend this hose without kinkin it
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 10, 2026, 6:17 AM
For routing, the minimum bend radius is 4.62 inches. Keeping the bend at or above that radius helps prevent kinking and protects the reinforcement.
