trying to run hot phosphate ester fluid through my setup. what kind of heat can the hose handle before the rubber starts breaking down
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 4, 2025, 6:16 AM
Operating temperatures for the AQP elastomer material safely range from negative 40 up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The synthetic rubber tube and blue cover are fully rated to transfer petroleum and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids without degrading under those extreme conditions.
Question by: Dwayne H on Jul 14, 2025, 3:08 PM
got a suction line that needs 1-1/4 inch ID, is this the one and what size is it on the outside
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 6:18 AM
For fit and routing, the inside diameter is 1.25 inch and the outside diameter is 1.8 inch. The minimum bend radius is 8 inches, so it needs a fairly gentle sweep when you lay it in.
Question by: Lyle D on Oct 15, 2025, 6:19 AM
got a tight spot to snake this through. how sharp can i bend that 1-1/4 suction hose without kinkin it up
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 17, 2025, 6:47 AM
For routing, the minimum bend radius is 8 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that helps it stay flexible without collapsing or kinking, which matters on suction lines.

What kind of fittings work with this hose? Just wanna make sure I get the right ones.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 15, 2026, 6:55 AM
Global TTC fittings and shank type combination nipples are compatible, so you're good to go with those. Use T-Bolt or preformed clamps for installation.
