got a 3/4 npt air line, is this filter the right port size or am i gonna need adapters
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 17, 2025, 6:53 AM
Port fit is straightforward on this one. It has 3/4 NPT ports, so it matches a 3/4 NPT air line without needing reducers just for the connection.
Question by: Lyle G on Mar 3, 2026, 7:35 PM
got a setup running 3/4 inch lines on a compressor system and need to know if this filter can handle the flow without choking things down. what kind of volume are we talking here?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 5, 2026, 10:29 AM
At 288 SCFM, this handles a solid amount of airflow for 3/4 NPT hydraulic connections. That rating gives you plenty of headroom for most industrial compressed air setups running quarter-inch tooling or larger pneumatic equipment off a central system. As long as your actual demand stays under that ceiling, you won't see any pressure drop problems from the filter itself.
