Provide controlled and consistent air pressure for pneumatic equipment with this reliable air line regulator. Featuring 1/4 NPT ports and operating within a 0-140 PSI spring range this regulator ensures optimal performance with a flow rating of 59 SCFM. Designed from durable materials including an aluminum body and nitrile components it guarantees longevity and robustness. This regulator supports a maximum inlet pressure of 250 PSI and operates efficiently within a temperature range of 23-140 F catering to various industrial environments. It seamlessly integrates with filters and lubricators using modular spacer kits enhancing the functionality of air line setups. The non-relieving models are ideal for applications where venting downstream overpressure is undesirable. Alternative spring ranges are available for easy adaptation to specific requirements. This regulator is an essential component in ensuring consistent air pressure across diverse pneumatic systems.

Question by: Larry M on Nov 16, 2025, 4:51 PM
got a little air setup for tools, if i run this regulator at 100 psi is it gonna choke the flow much?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 17, 2025, 5:23 PM
For a mini FRL regulator, it moves a decent amount of air. The 1000 Series is rated at 59 SCFM flow, and it adjusts anywhere in the 0 to 140 PSI range, so 100 PSI is well within what it is built to regulate.
Question by: Ross A on Jan 16, 2026, 6:08 AM
does this regulator work with filters and lubricators, or do you have to buy some kind of special setup to get em all hooked together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 8:05 AM
Filters, regulators, and lubricators from the ARO-Flo line can all be combined into a single system using modular spacer kits. The standard arrangement most folks run is filter first, then the regulator, then the lubricator downstream. Other configurations are possible depending on what the application calls for, but that F-R-L order is what you want to follow for proper performance. No special custom fabrication needed, just the appropriate spacer kit to tie the units together.
Question by: Debbie W on Dec 28, 2025, 9:16 PM
Is it alright to string this regulator with other Aro-Flo units like filters and lubricators?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 30, 2025, 9:56 AM
Yes, ARO-Flo filters, regulators, and lubricators are easily combined using modular spacer kits for a customized air line setup. They're often put together in F+R+L (three-piece) or F/R+L (two-piece) arrangements, but you can adjust the order for your specific needs.
