Description & Features

This air line regulator is built to deliver precise regulation of air pressure for diverse pneumatic requirements. It features 3/8 NPT ports and supports a spring range from 0-140 PSI ensuring consistent functionality.

With a flow rating of 179 SCFM it ensures steady air delivery. Constructed with an aluminum body the diaphragm is made from nitrile and nylon while the valve utilizes brass and nitrile. Steel springs along with a nylon and polycarbonate gauge cover add to its durability. The acetal knob and nitrile o-rings complete its robust design.

The standard adjustment range is 0-140 PSI with optional variations for specific needs. Non-relieving versions are also available when venting downstream overpressure is not preferred. The 1000 through 3000 series includes a 1/8 NPT gauge port and it can handle a maximum inlet pressure of 250 PSI operating between 23-140 F.

These regulators integrate easily with filters and lubricators using modular spacer kits. They can effectively combine into configurations using filters regulators and lubricators for comprehensive air flow management.

got a shop line that runs up around 180 psi, will this regulator handle that on the inlet side?

On the inlet side, it is rated for a maximum of 250 psi, so 180 psi supply pressure is within its limit. The adjustable regulated range on the outlet is 0 to 140 psi.
