Running a busy shop and we go through hose pretty regular. This the kind that holds up on a reel without collapsing, or does it go soft on ya after a while?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 21, 2025, 8:03 AM
Hard wall construction is exactly what sets this hose apart for reel use. It won't collapse behind the nozzle or flatten out under the tension of being wound up, which is a real problem with lighter duty options. The braided steel wire reinforcement keeps its shape even in heavy service, so you're not fighting a kinked or crushed hose at the end of a long day.
Question by: Cody M on Sep 19, 2025, 5:06 PM
got a fuel dispenser setup with a hose reel, will this 1 inch black snake hose keep from flattening out when it’s wound up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 21, 2025, 10:17 AM
For reel use, it’s built as a heavy duty hard wall dispensing hose so it does not collapse on the reel or behind the nozzle in heavy duty service.
