hose is rated to 200 PSI -- that hold up alright for general shop air lines or is that pushin it?

For typical shop air use, 200 PSI is a solid working rating and should handle most compressor setups without any trouble. This is an Eaton Bosflex hose built for air and water transfer applications, so running shop air through it is right in its wheelhouse. Just make sure your fittings and connections are rated to match, and you won't have any issues on that end.

got a 1 inch setup already. is this hose actually 1" inside and what’s the outside measure?
