What size is that bottom connection?

Got a pump setup that vibrates pretty bad during operation, will a liquid filled gauge actually hold up to that, or am I gonna be replacing it every few months?

Liquid fill is specifically what you want for high-vibration environments. The glycerin inside dampens needle movement caused by pulsation and vibration, which protects the internal mechanism from the kind of wear that kills dry gauges quickly. That said, if your system has pulsation present, keep your operating pressure at or below 50% of the full-scale range, so no more than 50 PSI on this gauge, to get the best service life out of it.
