BRAKEQUIP BANJO HEAD - WELD ON - 10 X 8MM

Description & Features

Designed for use in hydraulic brake line assemblies, the Brakequip Banjo Head - Weld On - 10 x 8mm provides a reliable method of creating a fixed banjo-style connection point on tubing or fabricated components. The weld-on design allows the banjo head to be permanently attached to a tube end or fitting body, forming a secure, leak-resistant junction suited to high-vibration environments.

With a 10mm outer dimension and an 8mm bore, this fitting is sized for compact brake circuit applications where space and precision matter. As a Brakequip product, it is manufactured to the standards expected in professional automotive and industrial brake system fabrication.

got a tight little brake setup, what do the 10 x 8mm numbers actually mean on this banjo head?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 12, 2025, 2:19 PM
In this part, 10mm is the outer dimension of the banjo head and 8mm is the bore size through it. That sizing is aimed at compact brake circuit work where space and alignment matter.
Question by: Lyle F on Apr 26, 2025, 10:00 AM
So this thing just welds onto the brake line, right? Is it meant for a specific kind of tubing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 11:36 AM
This banjo head is designed to be welded onto either a tube end or the body of a fitting, giving you a secure, leak-resistant connection. It's often used in high-vibration environments like you find in brake systems.
