Compatible with H105 H115 and H338 hoses this hose end fitting is crafted from CA360 brass providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and ensuring durability under demanding conditions.

Notably this product features a 3/4-20 thread and a 0.75-inch hex size for a secure fit. The assembly process is straightforward: slide the nut and sleeve onto the hose push the hose into the fitting and screw the nut until contact is made with the body hex.

Stamped with DOT this hose end meets stringent quality standards. The hose cutoff length is 1.75 inches and it does not require a mandrel for assembly.

Pressure ratings are determined by the maximum working pressure for the hose size and hose end configuration whichever is lesser.

does this thing need a mandrel to put together, or can i just do it in the field without special tooling?

No mandrel needed on this one. Slide the nut and sleeve onto the hose with the bevel edge of the sleeve facing out toward the fitting, push the hose in until it bottoms out, then screw the nut until it contacts the body hex. That's the whole job. It's built to be assembled on-site without press equipment or shop tooling, which is the whole point of the field attachable design.
