Description & Features

This 90 male elbow serves as an essential component for precise instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Manufactured from CA360 brass it offers reliability and durability compatible with aluminum copper and plastic tubing. The fitting is easy to assemble without flaring making it a cost-effective solution. Designed to work with tubing of 0.25 inch OD and 1/8-27 NPT threads the fitting maintains a pressure range of up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor depending on tube size.

It operates within a temperature range of -65F to +250F when using metal tubing. When paired with plastic tubing ensure the tubings temperature range is considered. The fitting meets ASA ASME and SAE standards and is listed for flammable liquids.

Featuring fair vibration resistance use long nut configurations for higher vibration scenarios. Note that plastic tubing except Eaton PT230 requires the 2030 insert and steel tubing is not recommended.

fitting says it works with plastic tubing but do I need anything extra for that to work right?

Most plastic tubing will need a 2030 insert before this fitting will seal properly. The exception is Eaton PT230 tubing, which works without the insert. Steel tubing is not compatible with this fitting at all, so stick to plastic, copper, or aluminum and you should be in good shape.
