Description & Features

Designed for use in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems this brass compression fitting is suitable for aluminum copper and plastic tubing. The thread size is 1/8-27 NPT while the tube outer diameter is 0.125 inches ensuring a precise fit. Manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions (Aeroquip Inc-Alternate) this fitting provides optimal performance within a temperature range of -65F to +250F when used with metal tubing.

The fitting is easy to assemble without the need for flaring and comes with an option for a long or short nut. It can handle working pressures up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor depending on tube size. The product meets ASA ASME and SAE standards and is UL listed for flammable liquids upon special order. For increased resistance to vibration a long nut should be used.

Materials used in this fitting include CA360 brass making it both durable and reliable for various applications. The fitting is not recommended for steel tubing and is best used with appropriate plastic tubing except for Eaton PT230 which requires a 2030 insert.
