The Danfoss Power Solutions (Aeroquip Inc-Alternate) Compression Male Connector is engineered for high performance in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Designed to seamlessly connect plastic copper and aluminum tubing this brass compression fitting offers a reliable joining solution with a tube outer diameter of 0.1875 inches and a 1/8-27 male NPT thread.

Constructed from CA360 brass this fitting meets stringent ASA ASME and SAE specifications and standards ensuring durability and compliance. It provides a cost-effective and easy-to-assemble option without requiring flaring. Applications requiring greater vibration resistance benefit from the use of a long nut.

The working pressure ranges up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor dependent on tube size. Compatibility with plastic copper and aluminum tubing increases its versatility. When using metal tubing the temperature ranges from -65F to +250F. For plastic tubing refer to the specific tubing's temperature range to avoid exceeding its limits.

The fitting's assembly process is straightforward. Simply cut the tubing to the desired length slide the nut and sleeve on insert the tubing into the fitting body lubricate the threads and tighten accordingly with a wrench.

does this fitting work with plastic tubing or just metal? got some aluminum and nylon lines running to a gauge and need something that'll hold up

Plastic, copper, and aluminum tubing all work with this fitting, so you're covered on both ends of your setup. The tube OD needs to be 0.1875 inches and the thread is 1/8-27 male NPT. One thing worth knowing on the plastic side: the temperature range depends on whatever tubing you're using, so check the tubing's own specs rather than assuming it matches the metal range. For metal tubing, the fitting handles from negative 65 up to 250 degrees F.
