This Danfoss / Eaton compression male connector is designed for use in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Crafted from CA360 brass it meets ASA ASME and SAE standards and is listed by Underwriters Laboratories for flammable liquids.

Featuring a 0.38-inch tube OD to 1/2-14 male NPT fitting this brass compression fitting is compatible with aluminum copper and plastic tubing. It boasts a working pressure up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor depending on the tube size.

The fitting operates effectively within a temperature range of -65F to +250F with metal tubing and offers fair vibration resistance. For enhanced vibration resistance a long nut is recommended. It is easy to assemble and does not require flaring.

The fitting is suitable for tubing with a variety of pressures and temperatures. Plastic tubing except for Eaton PT230 requires the 2030 insert. It is not recommended for use with steel tubing.

Hey, will this fitting work okay with my copper tubing?

Absolutely, this brass compression fitting is designed to work with copper, aluminum, and even plastic tubing. Just be sure if you're using plastic (other than Eaton PT230) to also use the 2030 insert.
