what's the temp range on this nut when you're running it with metal tubing?

Metal tubing setups with this nut are rated from -65F up to +250F. If you're pairing it with plastic tubing instead, that upper limit gets determined by whatever the plastic tubing itself is rated for, so the nut defers to the tubing in that case.
