Designed for use in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems the Weatherhead Brass Compression Fittings offer high performance in demanding environments. This component is specifically crafted to handle tubes with an outside diameter of 0.125 inches. It allows for a secure fit without the need for flaring ensuring a quick and straightforward assembly process.

Made from CA360 Brass this nut demonstrates fair vibration resistance and a long nut option is available for applications requiring greater vibration support. It performs reliably across a temperature range of -65F to +250F when used with metal tubing. The working pressure can reach up to 2000 psi provided a 4:1 safety factor is maintained depending on tube size.

This versatile nut is compatible with plastic copper and aluminum tubing. Please note that for plastic tubing except Eaton PT230 the 2030 insert is required. It complies with ASA ASME and SAE standards and is UL listed for flammable liquids under special order conditions.
