does this nut work with copper tubing or is it just for plastic lines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 29, 2025, 6:53 AM
Copper tubing is one of the primary uses for this nut, along with plastic and aluminum. It's built from CA360 brass and handles working pressures up to 2000 psi when paired with metal tubing like copper. No flaring required either. Just cut your tubing clean, slide the nut and sleeve on, seat the tubing into the fitting body, put a little lubrication on the threads, and snug it down.
