Designed for precise fitting and secure connections this Danfoss / Eaton Compression Sleeve is essential for various instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Made from durable CA360 brass it supports plastic copper and aluminum tubing with an outer diameter of 0.625 inches offering versatility in multiple applications.

With a working pressure up to 2000 psi this component withstands demanding conditions while ensuring safety with a 4:1 factor. The temperature range spans from -65F to +250F with metal tubing making it suitable for extreme environments. If used with compatible plastic tubing the respective tubing temperature range should be observed.

This sleeve meets ASA ASME and SAE standards and is available on special order for use with flammable liquids. Easy to assemble without flaring it comes in various styles and sizes providing a cost-effective solution.

For optimal functionality it offers fair resistance to vibration with the option of using a long nut for enhanced resistance. Lubricate and assemble according to the specified instructions for reliable performance.

Got some copper tubing running at around 1800 psi in a pneumatic setup, will this sleeve hold up to that kind of pressure?

At 1800 psi you'd have plenty of headroom. The working pressure rating on this sleeve is 2000 psi, and it carries a 4:1 safety factor, so that application falls well within spec. It's made from CA360 brass and fits tubing with a 0.625 inch outer diameter, so just make sure your copper tubing matches that OD and you should be in good shape.
