Designed for use in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems the Danfoss / Eaton Compression Sleeve is a versatile component compatible with aluminum copper and plastic tubing. This product meets ASA ASME and SAE standards ensuring reliable performance across various applications.

Constructed from CA360 brass this compression sleeve features a working pressure of up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor applicable to different tube sizes. The sleeve is easy to assemble requiring no flaring and is engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from -65F to +250F with metal tubing.

Ensure proper assembly by following the included instructions which detail the cutting sliding and tightening processes to achieve a secure fit. This product also offers fair vibration resistance with an option to use a long nut for enhanced stability in environments with more vibration.

When using plastic tubing ensure you adhere to the specific working pressure and temperature range for the type of plastic material in use. Note that plastic tubing excluding Eaton PT230 requires the 2030 insert for optimal performance.

Will this sleeve work with both copper and plastic tubing?

Yes, it's compatible with aluminum, copper, and plastic tubing. Just be sure to check the working pressure and temperature range for the plastic you're using. You'll also need the 2030 insert if you're using plastic tubing other than Eaton PT230.
