This sleeve supports a tube outer diameter of 0.3125 inches making it versatile for various applications. Vibration resistance is fair and for scenarios requiring increased resistance using a long nut is recommended. The assembly process is straightforward and does not necessitate flaring.

Engineered to endure temperatures ranging from -65F to +250F with metal tubing the sleeve also accommodates compatible plastic tubing within its specified temperature range. It withstands working pressures up to 2000 psi subject to a 4:1 safety factor depending on the tube size.

Complying with ASA ASME and SAE specifications and listed by Underwriters Laboratories for flammable liquids (available on special order) the part guarantees safety and quality. Its application extends beyond standard uses due to its adaptability and material strength.
