This robust compression sleeve is designed for use with plastic copper and aluminum tubing. It is crafted from CA360 brass ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance in various industrial applications.

Ideal for use in instrumentation hydraulic and pneumatic systems this compression sleeve supports a working pressure of up to 2000 psi with a 4:1 safety factor depending on tube size. The temperature range extends from -65F to +250F making it versatile for different environmental conditions.

The brass compression sleeve offers ease of assembly without the need for flaring and it is available with either a long or short nut to suit various installation needs. It is compliant with ASA ASME and SAE standards and is listed by Underwriters Laboratories for use with flammable liquids available on special order.

When using this product with plastic tubing note that it requires the 2030 insert for compatibility except for Eaton PT230. While it is not recommended for use with steel tubing it provides fair vibration resistance. For better resistance to vibration it is advised to use a long nut.

Running this on a pneumatic system that hits around 1800 psi pretty regular. This sleeve gonna hold up to that without me having to worry?

At 1800 psi you've got solid headroom here. The working pressure goes up to 2000 psi, and that rating comes with a 4:1 safety factor built in, though the exact threshold can vary a bit depending on your tube size. For a pneumatic application running at that pressure, this sleeve is well within its range.
