This fitting accommodates NT100 Nylon Tubing - SAE J844 Type A and B ensuring compatibility for various applications. No tube preparation or flaring is required simplifying installation processes.

Designed for a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi it meets SAE and DOT FMVSS 571.106 specifications. The fitting is assembled by cutting tubing to length sliding the nut and sleeve onto the tubing and tightening to the specified torque. A built-in tube support enhances stability.

With features that include fair vibration resistance and easy reassembly it guarantees efficient and durable performance. Disassembling involves removing the nut and pulling the tubing out making maintenance straightforward.

got 0.63 OD nylon air brake tube, do i need to flare it or prep the end before this sleeve goes on?

No tube prep is needed on this one. You cut the nylon tubing to length, slide the nut and sleeve onto the tube, then tighten to the specified torque, and the fitting’s built-in tube support helps keep everything stable.

does this fitting work with nylon air brake tubing, or do i need something different for that?
