The Brass DOT Approved Air Brake Tube Fitting 0.63 Inch Tube OD Union is designed for precise compatibility with NT100 nylon tubing conforming to SAE J844 Type A and B standards.

Manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions (Aeroquip Inc-Alternate) this fitting ensures superior reliability in air brake applications. It offers a temperature range of -40F to +200F and maintains a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi. The fitting is constructed from CA360 brass providing fair vibration resistance and durability.

Easy to assemble without requiring tube preparation or flaring this air brake connector includes a built-in tube support for user convenience. The union meets SAE and DOT FMVSS 571.106 specifications ensuring high standards of performance. To install cut the tubing to the desired length slide the nut and sleeve on the tubing and tighten the nut to the specified torque based on tube size.

For disassembly simply remove the nut and pull the tubing out of the fitting body. Reassembly is straightforward by threading the nut back on and torquing to specifications.
