The Brass DOT Approved Air Brake Tube Fitting 0.38 Inch Tube OD to 1/4-18 Male NPT 90 deg Elbow ensures reliable connections in air brake systems. Engineered for NT100 Nylon Tubing - SAE J844 Type A and B it delivers robust performance with a temperature range of -40F to +200F.

Constructed from CA360 Brass this elbow fitting meets SAE and DOT FMVSS 571.106 standards. It features an easy assembly process eliminating the need for tube preparation or flaring. The built-in tube support adds durability to the connection.

Capable of handling a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi it offers fair vibration resistance. For optimal performance ensure proper torque settings during assembly and reassembly.

got nylon air brake line thats 3/8 OD, will this elbow screw right into a 1/4-18 npt port?

For a 3/8 inch tube OD run, this fitting is made to connect NT100 nylon tubing (SAE J844 Type A and B) to a 1/4-18 male NPT threaded port, using a 90 degree elbow to turn the line.
