Got a setup running 1/4 inch tube lines and need to tie into a 1/8 NPTF male port. this fitting gonna work for that?

That's what it's built for. The tube side accepts a 0.25 inch OD tube and the threaded end is 1/8 NPTF male, so it'll connect straight into a female NPTF port without any adapters in between.
