got a refrigeration line with a 7/16-20 SAE 45 flare on the equipment side and need to tie into a 1/4 NPT port on my gauge manifold. this fitting work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 5, 2025, 3:54 PM
That's the kind of connection this adapter handles. One end is a 7/16-20 male SAE 45 degree flare and the other is a 1/4-18 male NPT, so it bridges those two thread types in a straight configuration. Refrigeration is listed as one of the intended applications, so you're in the right territory with that use case.
