Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Lance R on Sep 26, 2025, 8:54 PM
does this coupling come with thread sealant already on it, or do I need to apply my own before putting it together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 27, 2025, 9:36 PM
No sealant is included with this fitting. It ships clean, which actually works in your favor since you can pick whatever thread sealant or tape fits your setup best. Teflon tape, pipe dope, whatever your system calls for, you apply it yourself before making the connection.
Question by: Dwight J on Jul 4, 2025, 9:21 PM
Is this coupling gunna hold up if I'm usin' it outside some? Don't want it rustin' up on me.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 6, 2025, 6:12 AM
Being made from brass, this coupling offers good corrosion resistance, so it should hold up well in outdoor conditions.
