Question by: Tommy W on Mar 20, 2026, 8:19 PM
does this fit standard 3/4 inch brass pipe threads, or is there something special about the threading i need to know before i order?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 22, 2026, 6:22 AM
Standard 3/4 inch pipe threads are exactly what this fitting is built for. It's a street elbow, so one end has male threads and the other has female threads, which lets you thread it directly into a fitting or valve without needing a separate nipple in between. That makes it a handy option when you're working in a tight spot and want to cut down on the number of connections in the run.
Question by: Merle A on Jan 27, 2026, 6:08 AM
Is this elbow made of solid brass or is it plated? Just want to make sure it will hold up.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 28, 2026, 4:50 PM
This fitting is made from high-quality brass, so you can expect good durability and corrosion resistance, even in demanding applications.
