Got a -04 hose I'm trying to terminate and need a JIC end that'll swivel so I ain't fighting the hose during assembly. This fitting do that?

the swivel on the JIC end is exactly what handles that situation. You can position the female 7/16-20 JIC flare end where you need it without putting any twist into the hose body itself. Makes routing a lot cleaner, especially in tight spots where the hose doesn't have much room to move. It's built for -04 hose and uses a standard SAE 37-degree flare connection, so it'll mate up with any JIC port running that same spec.
