The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Union Elbow offers a reliable solution for compressed pneumatic instrumentation as well as circuit lubricant and cooling lines. Constructed from high-quality brass with nickel plating this fitting provides durability and a long service life.

This fitting is designed for ease of assembly requiring no tools and ensures time savings with its reusable nature. It supports a pressure range up to 250 psi dependent on tubing size and is vacuum rated at 29.5 inches of mercury.

Featuring a -40F to 200F temperature range it is important to consider the temperature limits of compatible plastic tubing. The fitting is compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. The connection is made secure by a Buna-N O-Ring seal with Viton available upon request for specialized needs.

Assembly Instructions: 1. To connect simply push the tubing into the fitting. 2. To disconnect depress the collet ring with two fingers and withdraw.

i’ve got 3/8 tube, is this the elbow that just pushes in on both sides or am i missing a thread somewhere

Push to connect is the whole deal on this one. It is a union elbow for 0.38 inch tube OD, so both ends accept tubing that you push straight into the fitting. There are no threaded ports on this part.
