Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Straight Adapter facilitates seamless integration for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. This unit is constructed from nickel-plated brass providing robust durability and corrosion resistance.

The fitting accommodates a 0.16-inch tube OD and a 10-32 UNF male NPT thread ensuring reliable performance up to a pressure range of 250 psi with fittings rated at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum. The O-Ring constructed from Buna-N ensures a secure seal with Viton options available upon request.

Designed for ease of assembly no tools are required for connection or disconnection significantly reducing installation and maintenance time. The fittings are reusable adding to their practical application in various industrial setups. The temperature range for operation is -40F to 200F considering the compatible tubing temperature range.

Compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing this fitting provides a versatile solution for varying industrial requirements.

trying to hook up 0.16 tube to a 10-32 UNF port. is that what this adapter is for?

fitting says it works with PT230 and PT240 tubing, but what about if somebody's already running TP160 nylon out in the field, will it still hook up right?

TP160 nylon tubing is actually one of the compatible options for this fitting, so you're covered there. The push-connect design accepts a 0.16-inch tube OD, which is what TP160 is sized at. As long as your tubing matches that outside diameter, it'll seat and seal the same way as the other listed types.
