Manufactured from high-quality brass and nickel-plated for durability.

This component is ideal for compressed pneumatic instrumentation lubricant circuit and cooling lines. Featuring an O-Ring of Buna-N construction with optional Viton seals available upon special request.

Compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. The fitting offers a temperature range of -40F to 200F and a maximum pressure rating of 250 psi ensuring reliable performance within specified conditions.

Designed for ease of assembly without the need for tools. These fittings are reusable providing significant time savings during both assembly and disassembly.

To connect simply push the tubing into the fitting. To disconnect depress the collet ring with two fingers and withdraw.

What kind of tubing works best with this fitting, like nylon or polyethylene?

fitting says it works with PT230 and PT240 tubing -- does that cover polyethylene or just the nylon stuff?

Both, actually. PT230 and PT160 are nylon tubing, and PT240 is polyethylene. All three are listed as compatible with this fitting, so whichever of those you're running, you're covered without any adapter changes.

got some 5/16 tube already, will this fitting grab it or is it some oddball size
