Designed for precision in compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines this fitting supports straightforward assembly and disassembly. Its push-connect mechanism eliminates the need for tools allowing for quick and efficient connections.

Constructed from durable brass with a nickel plating this fitting ensures longevity and reliability under various conditions. It operates effectively within a pressure range of up to 250 psi and maintains performance even at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

The fitting accommodates a temperature range from -40F to 200F making it versatile for demanding environments. The Buna-N O-ring seal enhances the fitting's integrity with an optional Viton seal available upon request.

Compatibility with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing as well as PT240 polyethylene tubing offers flexibility in application. The fitting supports tube sizes up to 0.375 inches in diameter.

Assembly instructions are simple: push the tubing into the fitting to connect and depress the collet ring to disconnect.

Will this fitting work with nylon tubing, or is it just for metal?

It's designed to work with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing, as well as PT240 polyethylene tubing, giving you some flexibility in your setup.

got some 3/8 tubing already, will this fitting grab it or is it a different size?

It’s made for 0.375 inch (3/8) tube OD on the push-connect side, and the threaded end is 1/8-27 male NPT.
