The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Straight Adapter is meticulously designed for efficient compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling line applications. Constructed from sturdy brass with a nickel-plated finish this fitting ensures superior durability and resistance to corrosion.

The fitting's straightforward assembly process requires no tools offering significant time savings and reusability. It accommodates 0.38-inch tube OD and 3/8-18 male NPT threads with an operational pressure range of up to 250 psi depending on tube size. These fittings are rated for 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

Buna-N O-ring seals provide reliable sealing performance with optional Viton seals available upon request. The temperature range for this product spans -40F to 200F though its critical not to exceed the temperature range of the connected plastic tubing.

Compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing the fitting supports diverse industrial application needs. To connect simply push the tubing into the fitting; to disconnect depress the collet ring and withdraw.

got a 3/8 tube line, will this fitting work with that and still screw into 3/8 NPT?

Fit-wise it matches 0.38 inch tube OD on the push-to-connect side and 3/8-18 male NPT on the threaded side, so it’s meant to join those two sizes in a straight adapter.

does this fitting work with nylon tubing or do i need something special for that

PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing are both compatible with this fitting, along with PT240 polyethylene tubing. No special adapter needed. Just push the tube straight in until it seats, and you're good to go. To pull it back out, press the collet ring in and withdraw the tube. No tools required either way.
