The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Straight Adapter is a reliable solution for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. Featuring a user-friendly design it requires no tools for assembly making it both reusable and time-efficient for your projects.

The adapter is designed to connect a 0.50-inch tube O.D. to a 3/8-18 male NPT thread ensuring a secure fit. Its brass nickel-plated construction offers durability and resistance to corrosion with a pressure range of up to 250 psi depending on the tube size and it is rated at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

The temperature range for these fittings is -40F to 200F but ensure not to exceed the tubing temperature range for compatible plastic tubing such as PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. The Buna-N construction O-ring provides a reliable seal with Viton available on special request.

Whether for assembly or disassembly the collet ring system simplifies the processjust push the tubing into the fitting to connect and depress the collet ring to disconnect.

Will this brass fitting work with half inch tubing going to 3/8 NPT threads?

Yes, it handles exactly that connection - 0.50 inch tube OD on one end with 3/8-18 male NPT threads on the other. The push-connect side gives you that quick tube connection while the threaded end screws into your 3/8 NPT female port.
