The push-connect tube fitting is designed for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. Constructed from brass with nickel plating it ensures durability and reliability.

Featuring a 0.50 inch tube OD and a 1/2-14 male NPT thread it accommodates various industrial applications. The ease of assembly eliminates the need for tools enabling quick connections and disconnections. Reusability of fittings saves valuable time during assembly and disassembly processes.

Compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing this fitting supports a pressure range up to 250 psi depending on tube size and is rated at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum. O-ring seals are made of Buna-N with Viton available on request for specialized needs. The temperature range spans from -40F to 200F ensuring broad operational compatibility.

Assembly instructions include pushing the tubing into the fitting for connection and depressing the collet ring to disconnect. This robust fitting meets stringent industrial standards and offers a reliable solution for complex tubing requirements.
