Ideal for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines the Brass Push>Connect Tube Fitting offers reliable performance and versatility. Constructed from nickel-plated brass these fittings are designed to withstand pressures up to 250 psi and temperatures ranging from -40F to 200F.
Featuring a simple push-to-connect assembly these fittings eliminate the need for tools providing a quick and reusable connection method. The 10-32 UNF thread and 0.16-inch tube OD ensure a secure fit while the 90-degree elbow design facilitates optimal flow direction.
Equipped with Buna-N O-rings the fittings provide robust sealing with Viton seals available on request. Suitable for use with specific nylon and polyethylene tubing these fittings are tailor-made for industrial applications.
For easy operation simply push the tubing into the fitting to connect and depress the collet ring with two fingers to disconnect. The DANFOSS Power Solutions (Aeroquip Inc-Alternate) guarantees a reliable and durable product.

got a tight little spot on my panel, is this the 90 degree swivel elbow that takes 0.16" tubing and a 10-32 UNF male thread?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 3:23 PM
For a right-angle turn in small pneumatic or instrumentation lines, this fitting matches 0.16 inch tube OD on the push-to-connect side and uses a 10-32 UNF male thread on the other end with a swivel elbow body.

these fit on standard nylon tubing right? got a 0.16 inch OD line running to a pressure gauge and need a 90 degree turn without a lot of space to work with
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2025, 6:33 AM
For 0.16-inch OD tubing, yes, this fitting is built around that exact size. It works with specific nylon and polyethylene tubing, so as long as your line falls into one of those materials, you should be in good shape. Push the tubing straight in to connect, and when you need to pull it back out, just press the collet ring with two fingers and it releases clean. No tools needed either direction.
