Description & Features

The brass push-connect tube fitting is designed for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. It features a 0.25 inch tube outer diameter and a 1/4-18 male NPT swivel connection. The fitting is a 90-degree elbow making it suitable for applications requiring a directional change in tubing.

The ease of assembly without tools along with the reusability ensures time savings during both installation and disassembly. The fitting is constructed from nickel-plated brass and includes a Buna-N o-ring seal with Viton seals available upon request.

The fitting is compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. It operates within a pressure range of up to 250 psi depending on tube size and is rated for 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

Temperature ranges from -40F to 200F ensuring reliable performance in various conditions while taking into account the tubing temperature range.

Assembly instructions include: 1. To connect push the tubing into the fitting. 2. To disconnect depress the collet ring with two fingers and withdraw.

got 1/4 nylon tube, will this elbow fit and still let me swivel it where i need it

With this fitting you push in 0.25 inch OD tubing, and the other end is a 1/4-18 male NPT swivel. The elbow is 90 degrees, so it gives you the turn plus the swivel on the NPT side for easier alignment.
