Elevate the efficiency of your pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines with our Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Elbow Adapter. Designed for ease of assembly this fitting requires no tools offering reusability and substantial time savings in both assembly and disassembly processes. Constructed from high-quality brass with nickel plating the fitting ensures durability and long-term performance. Its O-Ring of Buna-N construction with an option for Viton upon special request guarantees a reliable seal. The adapter supports a pressure range of up to 250 psi accommodating various tube sizes and maintaining functionality in vacuum conditions up to 29.5 inches of mercury. It operates efficiently within a temperature span of -40F to 200F but users should always consider the compatible plastic tubing's temperature range. The fitting connects 0.50 inch tube OD to a 1/2-14 male NPT swivel forming a 90-degree elbow ideal for compact and efficient layout configurations. The assembly process is straightforwardsimply push the tubing in to connect and depress the collet ring to disconnect.

push to connect fittings like this one -- do they hold up okay when you're constantly connecting and disconnecting, or do they wear out pretty quick?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 19, 2025, 6:28 AM
Reusability is actually built into the design on these. You push the tube in to connect and press the collet ring to release, and that mechanism is meant to hold up through repeated cycles. The brass body with nickel plating adds to the longevity. That said, like any fitting that sees regular handling, keeping an eye on the O-ring over time is smart. It runs a Buna-N seal standard, with Viton available if your application calls for it.

trying to plumb a tight corner, is this the kind of fitting that makes a 90 and still lets the npt end swivel?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 3, 2025, 6:16 AM
it’s a 90 degree elbow and the male NPT side is a swivel, so you can get your angle where you need it and then orient the NPT connection without having to fight the tubing.
