Engineered for reliability these Quick Connect brass air brake tube fittings offer a seamless connection for air brake systems. Suitable for various commercial and industrial transportation applications they conform to D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J1131 air brake system requirements.

Constructed with CA360 brass body and collet along with an EP (Ethylene Propylene) O-ring the fittings ensure durability and effective sealing. The thread size is 1/4-18 Male NPT paired with a tube outside diameter of 0.375 inches set in a 90-degree elbow design.

The fittings support a pressure range from vacuum up to 150 psi and a temperature range of -40F to +200F. Assembly is straightforward and quick without the need for additional tools. They provide moderate vibration resistance making them versatile for various braking systems.

Disassembly is just as simple requiring only depressing the collet head to release the grip on tubing ensuring easy field service and reuse.

trying to swap out an old elbow on my air brake line. is this one for 3/8 tube to a 1/4-18 male npt?

It matches a 0.375 inch (3/8) tube OD on the push-to-connect side and a 1/4-18 male NPT thread on the other side, in a 90 degree elbow.
