fitting says it goes up to 150 psi - is that enough for standard air brake lines or do them systems run higher than that?

Air brake systems on commercial vehicles typically operate well within that range, and 150 psi covers the pressure demands those systems see in normal service. The fitting also handles down to vacuum on the low end, so it works across the full pressure swing an air brake circuit goes through. The ethylene propylene O-ring is what does the sealing work, and that material holds up well in air brake environments specifically.

trying to swap out an elbow on my air brake line, is this the one that takes 3/8 tube and threads into 1/8 npt?
